Coaching is a powerful tool for reflecting on where you are today, envisioning where you want to be, and determinining how you are able to get there. It is particularily valuable during life’s transition, such as becoming a parent, evolving through different stages of parenting, navigating promotions and career changes, or considering career pauses. 

Through coaching, you have the opportunity to reassess your priorities while caring for others and fulfilling professional responsibilities. It involves deciding what to say yes to and what to release at this stage of your life. We will work together to clearly define your goals and develop actionable, sustainable plans to achieve them.

Depending on where you are in your parenting journey and your career, some questions that may be answered through our coaching sessions are: 

What kind of parent do I want to be? 

How do I transition back to work after parental leave? 

How to balance short-term needs and long-term goals.

How do my professional and personal goals align? 

How can I support my partner and how can my partner support me?

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

We will work together to define how our coaching program is able to support you. Individual clients often are looking for support navigating: 

  • Becoming a parent and the impact on a corporate career;
  • Pursuing a promotion while also having caregiver responsibilities;
  • Gaining clarity on whether to pursue a career change, self-employment, or a career pause.

COACHING WITHIN YOUR ORGANIZATION

We will work together to define how our coaching programs are able to aid in meeting your business objectives. Common objectives are: 

  • Preparing your key employees for a successful return from parental leave;
  • Advancing gender equity across all levels of your organization;
  • Enhancing leadership programs to ensure learnings are effectively put into practice.

Our coaching programs are generally 3, 6, or 12 months in duration. We start our individual relationship with a 60 minute discovery session to set the foundation for future sessions. Subsequent sessions are 45 minutes in length.
